Better way to use
For the first lighting, keep the candle burning until the whole surface wax has been melted. Short time burning will leave a hole in the middle of the candle.
Break out the candle
Put the cover on the cup to break out the scented candle. Do not blow out the candle because black smoke will come out in blowing.
Trime the wick in the next lighting
Break off the black burnt wood wick before the next lighting to avoid black smoke in burning.
No wind and no Move
Do not light the candle in wind or move it after lighting. Otherwise there will be black smoke because the wind and moving will bring much more oxygen to the candle flame in a flash and the candle flame cannot burn sufficiently.

The merchandise can be shipped back to us within the aforementioned 7-day window of receiving your package, once your return has been approved. But please pay attention that the merchandise have to be return back to China, and we do not pay for the shipment of the return. The shipping cost will be very expensive for the returning.
